In 2007 The Columbia Chamber of Commerce, created a new directory for Eastern Lorain County.
"THE EASTERN LORAIN COUNTY COMMUNITY GUIDE"
The concept was simple, to put all local information and phone numbers at the residents and business fingertips. We wanted to produce a product that people would keep by their phones. We believe that the new Eastern Lorain County Community Guide is the product. In 2007 we highlighted 4 area communities, Columbia Township, Eaton Township, LaGrange Village & Township & Grafton Village & Township. This guide is designed to be a useful resource about the eastern Lorain County area including information about local governments, schools, social services, clubs, attractions and more. The book was distributed to over 10,000 residents and buisiness within Zip Codes 44028, 44044, & 44050. Our goal is to expand distribution of this guide to all of Eastern Lorain County. Our next publication of this guide will be mid 2009. We are planning on including additional Eastern Lorain Communities and increase the distribution.
For the sake of accuracy, organizations which could not be reached or which did not respond were not included.
